You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works unless expressly permitted in writing. You may view and print content solely for personal, non-commercial use. 5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• engage in illegal or fraudulent activity;
• attempt to interfere with the Website's security or functionality;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or data-mine the Website;
• upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content;
• use the Website to harass or harm others.

We may block access or take legal action for violations.

7. Product & Service Terms (Hiring / Booking)

Instahire provides hire and booking services for event-related technology and equipment.

7.1 Product Descriptions
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions or images are error-free. Actual equipment may vary in condition, model variation, or accessories depending on availability.

7.2 Pricing
All prices are shown inclusive of applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated. Any delivery, setup, insurance, or damage-waiver fees are displayed before checkout.

7.3 Order Process
An order is placed when you complete checkout or submit a confirmed purchase request. A contract is formed once we issue a written order confirmation.

7.4 Payment Methods
Accepted methods may include:

• debit/credit cards
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Certain methods may have additional verification requirements.

7.5 Ownership
All hired equipment always remains the property of One World Rental (Alexander Ward Ltd).

7.6 Delivery
Deliveries are fulfilled to UK addresses unless otherwise agreed. You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any issues immediately. Damaged deliveries may be refused.

7.7 Failed Delivery
If you provide incorrect address details or fail to receive goods, additional delivery charges may apply.

8. Right of Withdrawal (UK/EU Consumers Only)

If you are a consumer, you may cancel distance-purchased goods within 14 days of receiving them, subject to statutory exclusions.

Important: Event technology hire services already fulfilled or scheduled for a specific date cannot be cancelled after service performance begins, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

9. Guarantees

Where applicable, consumer purchases are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provides rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods. This does not apply to hired equipment outside statutory requirements.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• We are not liable for loss of business, profit, data, or goodwill.
• We are only liable for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of these Terms.

We do not exclude liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months for the specific service causing the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

• your misuse of the Website;
• your breach of these Terms;
• your violation of third-party rights.

12. Privacy

Use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on Instahire.co.uk. This outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
