Click Account in the top right to register or log in. After registering, check your email and follow the link to verify your address. You must be logged in and verified to proceed to checkout.
Use the Hire menu at the top of the page to explore our wide range of event equipment and technology rentals. You can browse by category, use filters, and search to find exactly what you need for your event.
Select the products you want, choose your rental dates, and add them to your cart. You can review your cart at any time by clicking the cart icon in the top right.
When you’re ready, go to your cart and click Checkout. Review your order details, rental period, and pricing. You’ll need to be signed in and verified to continue.
Enter your delivery address. Shipping options and costs are calculated automatically based on your rental dates, location, and available delivery time windows. You’ll see the best available option for your order.
Before payment, you may be asked to review and accept our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. For some orders, identity verification is required for security. We use Onfido to securely verify your identity online, this process is quick and fully digital.
Pay securely online using credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. All payments are processed via Stripe for your safety.
After payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. You can track your order status and view your rental history in your Account.
Your equipment will be delivered to your chosen address on the selected date. Set up, enjoy your event, and contact us if you need any support.
At the end of your rental period, follow the included instructions to pack and return your items. We’ll arrange collection or provide a return label as needed.
