How Shipping Works
Automatic Calculation: Shipping options and costs are determined by your delivery address, rental start date, and the time you place your order. The best available option is shown at checkout.
Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered the day before your rental period begins, between 9am and 6pm. You’ll receive a delivery window and tracking details by email.
Express Delivery: For last-minute orders, we offer express delivery to many locations. Express options and cut-off times are shown at checkout if available for your address and dates.
Large Orders (Standard & Express): For large or pallet-sized orders, special delivery arrangements may be required. Large standard deliveries may arrive on a pallet or via a dedicated vehicle, and may require someone onsite to assist with unloading. Large express deliveries are subject to availability and may require additional lead time, our team will contact you to confirm details if your order qualifies. Please ensure your venue can accommodate large deliveries and notify us of any access restrictions in advance.
Delivery Area: We deliver throughout the UK mainland. Some remote areas may have limited service or require extra time, contact us if you have questions about your location.
Order Cut-Off Times: Orders placed after 2pm may not be eligible for next-day or express delivery. The system will show you the soonest available option.
Tracking & Updates: You’ll receive email updates with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
Failed Deliveries: If we can’t deliver due to incorrect address or no one available to receive the order, re-delivery fees may apply. Please double-check your details at checkout.
